Founded in Tamale, Ghana, the GloryHill Women Empowerment Foundation (GWEF) has grown from a small community initiative into a recognised force for women's economic empowerment across Northern Ghana.
We run hands-on vocational training — baking, sewing, beadwork, soap-making, wig-making — while also investing in girls' education and menstrual hygiene advocacy. Our 10th Anniversary Conference was held in August 2025.

A landmark celebration under the theme "Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: Breaking Barriers and Unlocking Opportunities," bringing together women entrepreneurs, advocates, and sponsors.
GWEF visited Sagnarigu Girls School distributing sanitary products and educating girls on menstrual hygiene management to keep them in school.
Proud graduates of our latest vocational training programs are now equipped to launch small businesses and achieve economic independence for their families.
GWEF volunteers reached out to elderly women and vulnerable community members with food packages, reinforcing our commitment to holistic community wellbeing.
